Staff lady was demeaning to me and the poor kid working the register. I don't think new employees or customers should be made to feel dumb by the person who is meant to help both of them.
They'll have pretty much anything you will need, with their items neatly and cleanly organized. If you need help, ask, as they are incredibly friendly and helpful! The people there helped read through some instruction manuals for me to get me all the tools I needed!
Their pick up storage and drop off has saved me thousands in airfare because they make it easy for my Dartmouth student to get in and out each term. It's the way to go,.
