Refused to schedule a simple teeth cleaning without an unnecessary set of expensive x-rays and a full evaluation to be on-boarded as a new patient. They're not the only ones who have the xray practice (the full evaluation is separate and new to me). That said, it's certainly unnecessary and just driving up costs.
With that said, they were perfectly friendly and responsive.
